- If something is not working properly, please inform our reception
- For your own safety please notify the reception immediately if you lose your key. Always lock the door when leaving. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of money or personal belongings
- On the left of the reception area there is an elevator that leads to the second floor of the hotel. In the event of the elevator being out of service, call the reception from the phone inside the cabin and our security technician will immediately take care of restoring its operation.
- In case of fire, leave the building immediately using the stairs instead of the elevator. There are fire extinguishers in the corridors of each floor and a fire detection system in all areas.
